Patricia Will
Patricia WillPartner
Patricia is Co-Founder of Turin Management and Principal of Yohn Property Management. In her role at Yohn, she specializes in project management, acquisitions, and cultivating strong client relationships. With a decade of experience in property development and management, Patricia has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth, achieving a fourfold expansion of its portfolio. Her expertise lies in adaptive reuse and historic preservation projects, with a particular emphasis on community revitalization. Before transitioning to property development, Patricia held executive management positions in the senior healthcare sector. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Boston College.
Kristen O'Neill
Kristen O'NeillPartner
Kristen is Co-Founder of Turin Management and specializes in structuring complex investments and managing operations. With over 40 successful corporate transactions across 10+ countries, totaling more than $15 billion, her experience spans a range of industries, asset classes and markets. Before founding Turin, Kristen served as General Counsel and Managing Director at a registered investment advisor of AIG, Inc. Prior to that, she was a corporate associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, where she focused on restructuring and mergers & acquisitions. Kristen holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross.
Brian Mattson
Brian MattsonExecutive Advisor
Mr. Mattson has over 40 years of experience leading large-scale Engineering and Construction programs globally in the Semiconductor and Data Center Industries. Mr. Mattson led two global data center organizations for Google; Infrastructure Supply Chain and Construction Program Controls; with an approximate $12B annual capital budget. Prior to Google, Mr. Mattson was VP of Construction for NTT Global Data Centers America (RagingWire), led Global Data Center Construction and Infrastructure Supply Chain at Microsoft, lived in China and led Asia Construction for Intel, led North and South America GPC Construction after his repatriation at Intel, and was Chairman/President of Micron Construction (a subsidiary of Micron Technology responsible for Micron’s global semiconductor construction program while also serving other industrial and commercial construction clients). Mr. Mattson started his career as a Consulting Engineer performing Mechanical Designs for Industrial, Commercial, and Health Care clients.

Adaptive Reuse

Linden Lofts – York, Pennsylvania

Linden Lofts located in York, Pennsylvania was constructed between 1892 and 1932. The facility originally operated as a wagon and gear factory. Today the property has been repurposed to a three building, 74-unit, apartment complex each with their own unique design. The development has blended the convenience of modern living with the character of the industrial age. The buildings at Linden Lofts have been placed on the Pennsylvania Inventory of Historic Places and the National Registry of Historic Places. Great care has been taken to ensure that many historical features remain. The development has blended the convenience of modern living with the character of the industrial age.

One West – York, Pennsylvania

One West is a mixed-use development located in York, Pennsylvania. Originally opened in 1888 as Bear’s Department Store, the site has undergone many changes over the years. Purchased by Yohn Property Management in 2015, this unique property has been redeveloped as a commercial and residential community. The One West development includes People’s Bank, Iron Horse Restaurant, Subway, 20,000 square feet of retail and office space, 52 residential units, and an underground parking garage for our residents. The property maintains much of its original character including beautiful facades, large windows, stained glass, and distinctive spaces.

New Construction & Fit Outs

450 Washington – Tribeca, New York

This project involved the extensive gut rehab and condo conversion of 450 Washington, a 300,000-square-foot development spanning 16 floors and featuring 176 units. The new condominium development is a full renovation of a former rental building, complete with new interior walls, contemporary layout configurations, floor-to-ceiling window replacement and a refinished façade. This development also features a 4,300-square-foot roof terrace with panoramic views over the Hudson River and an 8,000-square-foot courtyard.

Amber Charter School – Inwood, New York

This project comprised of a complete gut renovation and reposition of a former school building located at 532 West 215th Street in Inwood, the northernmost tip of Manhattan, for the Amber Charter Schools network, marking their 4th location in New York City. The 60,000-square-foot renovation included a comprehensive replacement of the MEP systems, roof, windows, curtain walling and boilers. The project also comprised of elevator upgrades and a new gymnasium. The new K-4 school opened in 2021.
